Fleur Blüm, a Melbourne-based writer, performer, and musician, crafts fiction with a romantic twist, infused with feminist themes. Balancing light and dark, she adds humour to narratives exploring topics like abusive relationships.

With ten published books, and three poetry collections, Fleur also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Arts. Beyond writing, she enjoys drinking tea, cooking, crochet, yoga, gym sessions, and indulging in streaming services.

As a Quality Manager in the Community Services Sector, Fleur channels her passion for positive change into both her work and hobbies.

Fleur co-wrote, performed in and produced a Melbourne Fringe Festival show in 2016, Fleur and Alexandra Save the World. She and Alexandra performed their follow-up show, Fleur and Alexandra are Out of This World for in 2018.

Fleur plays bass guitar and piano, and is currently exploring solo performance. She has previously played with punk-folk trio Wasted Monday, and Hello Volume.

In late 2011 Fleur decided to change her life. The blog, her journey as a writer and an artist.
